Sinai Post Acute Nursing & Rehab is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide hands-on care in a supportive team environment. New graduates welcome with immediate openings. Positions available: Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem across shifts (7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM).

Compensation includes $32.64-$39.22 per hour, comprehensive benefits, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and uniform allowance; weekly appreciation events and attendance incentives are also offered.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in NJ.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
• Must pass TB screening and required health checks.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions
• Assist physicians during rounds and exams
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members

Position Summary
