Excelsior Care Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Brooklyn, NY. This on-site role offers all shifts with pay up to $33.47 per hour and a supportive, resident-focused team.

You will administer medications, help develop individual care plans, and perform nursing procedures while maintaining accurate records and HIPAA compliance. Compassion and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Care: Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with accuracy and compassion.
• Care Planning: Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet residents’ unique needs.
• Clinical Expertise: Provide wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures to ensure residents’ health and comfort.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely medical records, charting all observations and treatments.
• Confidentiality: Protect resident privacy in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the State of New York.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to resident well-being.
