Job summary

Excelsior Care Group's Cypress Garden Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Flushing, NY is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team.

In this role you will order medications and supplies, follow individualized care plans, perform wound care and procedures, document observations, and uphold HIPAA compliance.

• Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred but not required.
