Susquehanna Health & Wellness Center is looking for a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide high-quality patient care. You will prepare and administer medications, conduct daily rounds, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Open positions include Full Time (weekdays 7p-7a) as well as Part Time and PRN options. Competitive base pay with shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package accompany a supportive leadership team.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Must successfully complete criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Make daily rounds of your unit/shift.
• Develop and maintain good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel.
• Receive/provide nursing report at shift start and end.
