Job summary

American Senior Communities, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Stonebrooke Rehab Center in Indiana. This Full-Time position offers Day or Night shifts with 8- and 12-hour options. The LPN will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff while delivering skilled nursing care.

Requirements include an active Indiana LPN license, strong assessment and documentation skills, and a passion for geriatric care. Excellent communication and CARE values are essential.

Full-Time Days or Nights

8 and 12 hour Shifts Available

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
