Job summary

American Senior Communities in Indiana invites a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Cypress Grove Nursing & Rehab. You will provide compassionate geriatric care, perform assessments, document changes, and support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being.

You will collaborate with the care team to deliver coordinated care, demonstrate C.A.R.E. values, and contribute to a positive, family-centered environment while advancing your nursing skills through mentorship and ongoing development
