Volare Health, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Chateau Napoleon Caring, a long-term care and rehab facility in Napoleonville, LA. The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN) to support your work-life balance.

You must hold a current LPN license in Louisiana, assess resident needs, and develop care plans. You will supervise CNAs and other staff in delivering nursing care while contributing to a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the practicing state.
• Ability to assess residents' needs.
• Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients.
• Supervision of CNAs and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
• A passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
• Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Assess resident conditions and report changes to the team.
• Develop and update individualized care plans for residents.
• Supervise CNAs and assist with nursing care delivery as needed.
