Job summary

St Bernard Caring, part of Volare Health, is seeking an LPN to provide hands-on nursing care in a long-term care facility. Overnight or Mon-Fri shifts offered, with flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance. You will assess residents, contribute to care plans, and collaborate with CNAs and clinical staff in a compassionate team.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in practicing state.
• Ability to assess residents' needs.
• Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients.
• Supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
• A passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
• Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility.
