Job summary

The Arbor Company in Naperville, IL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. You will assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring, and provide updates to families and physicians.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in Illinois.
• Experience with medication administration and health monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications, treatments and health monitoring.
• Provide timely updates to families, physicians and other health care providers on resident conditions.
• Implement and support personalized care plans for residents’ physical and psychosocial wellness.
