Job summary

Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. This role offers 12-hour shifts in days or nights, with opportunities for advancement and recognition programs.

Uniforms are provided, and additional benefits are available. Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, direct resident care, and education for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• IV medication administration capability.

Responsibilities
