Job summary

Complete Care at Bayshore in Morrell Corners, NJ, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate, resident-centered team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and document care plans under the direction of a registered nurse and physicians.

The position offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling across 3-11 PM and 11-7 AM shifts, full-time, part-time or per diem opportunities, and benefits. A NJ LPN license in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Commitment to providing outstanding resident care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
