Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver nursing care under an RN's direction in a skilled care setting. You will evaluate patients, contribute to assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.

The role requires an approved LPN program, active licensure or eligibility, and current BLS/CPR certification where required by state law.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
