Job summary

Genesis Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high‑quality nursing care under the direction of an RN, aiming for positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Responsibilities include evaluating residents, contributing to assessments and care planning, administering medications per physician orders, and supervising unlicensed staff.

Applicants must graduate from an approved LPN program, hold or be pursuing state licensure, and maintain current BLS/CPR

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.

Responsibilities
