Job summary

Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Marlborough, MA is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) for part-time and full-time roles. You will provide direct nursing care under RN supervision and collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality resident care.

Openings on all shifts with pay $35-$40 per hour, evening/overnight/weekend differentials, and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000. Benefits include weekly pay, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and career advancement

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in Massachusetts.
• CPR certification.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care.
• Follow physician's orders and administer medications as prescribed.
• Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes.
• Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs and report any unusual or significant findings.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus available!*

Openings on all shifts. We are seeking talented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center! As an LPN with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a wonderful team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our residents.

PAY: $35 to $40 an hour, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
• Must be CPR certified
