Job summary

StoryPoint in Indiana is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assume Nurse Supervisor responsibilities. You will lead and train a team of caregivers to deliver compassionate, high-quality resident care.

The role requires an active Indiana LPN license and prior supervisory experience; you will evaluate residents, report changes to physicians, and use EHR/EMAR systems to document care and coordinate communications with families.
