Job summary

Aviata at Bryan Dairy in Largo, FL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. In this role you will provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of a registered nurse, delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents.

You will supervise CNAs, participate in treatment plan implementation, and help manage falls and pressure sore programs, with opportunities for ongoing online learning and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents and patients in our skilled nursing home.
