FellowshipLIFE Inc.’s Pines Village Continuing Care Retirement Community in Manchester Township, NJ is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our 66-bed skilled nursing team. This full-time role offers two shifts: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, with responsibilities including direct patient care, med administration, vitals monitoring, and care plan participation.

Requirements include NJ LPN license, CPR/BLS, and a minimum of two years of geriatric/ sub-acute

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing.
• CPR and BLS certifications required.

Pines Village Continuing Care Retirement Community is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in our 66-bed Skilled Nursing Community.

Essential Functions:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Document patient information, treatments, and responses to care accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey LPN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care and assisted living.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements.
• CPR and BLS certifications.
