American Senior Communities in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day and evening shifts at Forest Creek Village. You will provide compassionate resident care, perform assessments, document changes, and support a team focused on high-quality geriatric nursing.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.

Status: Full-Time Day & Evening Shift

Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
