Job summary

American Senior Communities’ Forest Creek Village in Indianapolis is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day and evening shifts. You will apply nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being in a collaborative, patient-focused team.

You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents and families, assess changes, document accurately, and contribute to a caring culture guided by C.A.R.E.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, family members, customers and staff.

Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity at Forest Creek Village

Status: Full-Time
Shifts Available: Day & Evening
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff.
