You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications per orders, monitor residents, take vital signs, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an IL LPN license, is dependable, and enjoys a resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Your Role
