HudsonView Center is looking for a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our HudsonView Center team in New Jersey. The role focuses on providing hands-on nursing care while supporting clinical and leadership needs of the unit.

You will collaborate with the nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care. New graduates welcome with immediate openings.

Qualifications

• Current NJ-licensed LPN.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
• Must pass TB screening and required health checks.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions
• Assist physicians during rounds and exams
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations
• Foster a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment

Schedule Options

7am to 3pm - Part time, Per Diem, and Weekends

3pm to 11pm - 1 Full Time, Part time, Per Diem, and Weekends

11pm to 7am - Part time, Per Diem, and Weekends
