Join Parachute, LLC in Horn Lake, MS is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position in Center Medical. You will ensure donor health and safety, perform screenings, and support a high-growth plasma donation operation.

As a key team member, you will collaborate with center staff, maintain records, and gain exposure to phlebotomy and processing tasks, with a path for expanded responsibilities and enhanced earnings over time.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
• BLS or CPR certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Collaborate with center staff to maintain a positive environment for donors.
• Maintain health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-train in phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site’s lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You’ll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams

• Beyond your core responsibilities, you will be fully cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
• Certified/licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
• Current BLS or CPR certification
