Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Crossville, TN center. You will support donor health and safety, perform screenings, and contribute to an exceptional donor experience in a fast-growing plasma donation environment.

Collaborate with center staff to maintain a compliant, welcoming space, manage health logs, and participate in cross-training for phlebotomy and station setup. Competitive pay with monthly bonus potential is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
• BLS or CPR certification current.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.

What You'll Do

As an LPN (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site's lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You'll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed
• Work collaboratively with all center staff
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant
• Beyond your core responsibilities, you will be fully cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
• Certified/licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
• Current BLS or CPR certification
