Job summary

Creekside Post Acute is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team.

We offer competitive pay ($31-38/hour) with Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, and more. All shifts are available on site in Hopewell, VA, with shift differentials and opportunities to build lasting relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards

• 7:00am–3:00pm Full Time & Part Time
• 3:00pm–11:00pm Full Time & Part Time
• 11:00pm–7:00am Full Time & Part Time
