Job summary

Avalon Care Center Honolulu is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team in Hawaii. You will administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice while monitoring residents' health and reporting changes to the care team.

Join us in providing compassionate, resident-centered care, working alongside RNs, CNAs, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team to maintain safety and quality in our Hawaiian facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong nursing and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
• Monitor resident health and report changes in condition.
• Support and implement resident care plans.
• Work closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day.
