Job summary

Golden LivingCenters is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care to residents in our Indiana facility. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and physician, following established standards of practice and regulatory guidelines.

Candidates must hold a current LPN license and CPR certification, with licensure in good standing and no disqualifying findings. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current LPN license.
• Must hold and maintain CPR certification; CPR may be required within 90 days of hire.
• License must be in good standing with the state with no abuse/neglect findings.

• Provides nursing care to residents under the supervision of a nurse supervisor and physician, in accordance with nursing standards and regulations.

Qualifications
