Beacon Health Management in Hazlehurst, GA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.

As part of the unit leadership, you will develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans, supervise nursing personnel, and assist in daily operations across shifts. Applicants must be a graduate of an approved school and licensed by the Georgia Board of Nursing; geriatric or rehabilitative experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

Beacon Health Management is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work, providing both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary

In conjunction with the Unit Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on per shift, unit level, and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Educational/Vocational Requirements

• The Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
