Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-time opportunity at The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Haverhill!

As an LPN with our center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their overall well‑being. Openings are on 7a-3p and 11p-7a, with an every‑other weekend rotation. Hourly rates range between $38 and $43, depending on the shift, with shift differentials for overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN.
• Supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistant to ensure high‑quality care.
• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident, maintain accurate resident care plans, and follow physician’s orders.
• Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes, review patient records daily, and visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs.
• Administer medication according to procedure, maintain accurate and safe control of all drugs, and initiate emergency procedures as necessary.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• CPR certified.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in Massachusetts.
• New graduates welcome!

• Prior experience in long‑term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
• Leadership and supervisory ability.
