Job summary

Clearstream Rehab and Nursing Center in Michigan is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time and part-time roles. We offer 12-hour and 8-hour shifts (6a-6p, 6p-6a) and daily pay options, plus a generous PTO package up to 219 hours in the first year.

New graduate LPNs are welcome. We provide an $8,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year, competitive pay with hazard pay of $3.40/hr, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k with 10% match.
