Care Suites of Harrison/Maple Esplanade is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caregiving team. The ideal candidate has a current state LPN license, and at least 1 year of LPN experience, with strong interpersonal communication and a flexible schedule.

You will participate in planning and coordinating total patient care alongside the RN and physician, document patient conditions, and support physicians and RNs in complex situations while following universal precautions and

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as an LPN.
• Current state license as an LPN.
• Graduate of an accredited program of practical nursing.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Participate in planning and coordination of total patient care with the RN and physician's plan of care, following the nursing care plan for each patient.
• Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms indicating changes.
• Prepare clinical/progress notes and summaries.
• Assist the physician and RN in complex nursing situations.
• Follow universal precautions during patient care.
• Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event or significant change in condition.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the RN and the physician's plan of care, and follow the nursing care plan for each patient
• Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change
• Prepare clinical/progress notes and summaries
• Assist the physician and Registered Nurse in complex nursing situations
• Follow universal precautions whenever giving any aspect of patient care
• Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, incident, e.g., accident, injury or significant change in the patient's condition

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as an LPN
• Current state license as an LPN
• Graduate of an accredited program of practical nursing
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Ability to work flexible schedule
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
