Job summary

Hammonton Center in Hammonton, NJ is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing facility. Full- and part-time options available. We offer a NEWLY INCREASED $5,000 sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement up to $12,000, and enhanced pay rates based on experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, administering medications, and documenting care. Must be licensed LPN with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid LPN license.
• Experience with PointClickCare is preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

DUTIES:

• Provides advice & support to the Residents and their families
• Monitoring Residents and administering medication and treatments
• Documents Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. records
• Protects Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocols
• Resolves Resident problems &needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
• Assures quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of care
• Maintains Resident confidence by keeping information confidential

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold valid LPN License
• Experience Point Click Care is Preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills and strong team player
