Job summary

Tower Lodge Care Center in New Jersey is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated nursing team. We offer part-time opportunities across PT, mid-shift, and overnight hours, welcoming new LPNs who are licensed in New Jersey.

As an LPN, you will provide nursing care within your scope, monitor residents, administer medications, document care, and participate in individual care plans.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility/Nursing home preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards.
• Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and medication administration.
• Perform clinical treatments including dressing changes, specimen collection, and other procedures within scope.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
• Attend required trainings, in-services, and staff meetings.

Job description

Tower Lodge is currently actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to join our dynamic and supportive nursing team.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing care within their scope of practice, ensuring resident safety, and supporting the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Currently looking PT, Mid-shift and Overnight shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Compensation

• Hourly compensation starting at $32.00 with full benefits, up to $38.00 with no frills
• Weekend Differentials
• Sign on bonus
