Job summary

Hunterdon Care Center in Flemington, NJ is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated nursing team across all shifts. We offer competitive hourly wages starting at 32.00, up to 38.00, with full benefits, a sign-on bonus up to 2500, weekend bonuses, and generous PTO in a supportive long-term care setting.

Key duties include administering medications, monitoring residents, wound care, ADLs, care plan updates, and thorough documentation to ensure resident

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Experience in long-term care / skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Currently hiring for FT & PT. All shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor and document residents’ vital signs and conditions.

• Provide wound care and basic nursing services.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team.

• Assist with care plan implementation and updates.

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.

Compensation:

• LPN: Hourly compensation starting at $32.00 with full benefits, up to $38.00 with no frills
