As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse on our team, your core duties will include:
Clinical Excellence: Prepare and administer medications and perform specialized treatments adhering strictly to the Wisconsin scope of practice.
Proactive Monitoring: Conduct resident assessments, identify status changes, and collaborate with RNs for proactive intervention.
Meticulous Documentation: Maintain precise, real-time electronic health records (EHR) to ensure regulatory compliance.
Unit Leadership: Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure personal care is delivered with high dignity.
To qualify for the role of LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, candidates must possess:
Licensure: A current, unrestricted LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
Skills: Exceptional clinical judgment, strong organization, and proficiency with electronic charting systems.
Experience: Previous long-term care experience is beneficial, but we offer a robust orientation program and welcome high-potential new graduates.
