Job summary

Hickory Falls Health & Rehabilitation in Granite Falls, NC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate nursing team. You will provide patient-centered care on 2nd and 3rd shifts, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and follow individualized care plans to promote resident dignity, safety and comfort.
