Aura Health, Inc. is seeking an LPN to provide patient-centered care under RN supervision in our Georgia clinic.

The role emphasizes addressing physical, emotional, developmental, psychosocial, and educational needs while supporting exams, treatments, tests, and follow-up care. The LPN will document accurately, maintain regulatory standards, and collaborate with physicians and RNs to ensure high-quality care.

Formación

• LPN license and BLS certification required.
• High School diploma or GED with nursing certification.
• Preferred oncology experience.
• Strong clinical, assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and manage patient needs according to physician orders.
• Perform routine nursing procedures, including port access and medication administration.
• Coordinate care with team members and communicate patient status updates.
• Educate patients and caregivers on self-care, using teach-back methods.
• Participate in staff education, new employee orientation, and ongoing professional development.
• Assist in developing and revising care plans in collaboration with RN and physicians.
• Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, manage communication via voicemail and email.
• Serve as a preceptor for new staff and contribute to special projects.

Role Overview

They assist with exams, treatments, tests, and follow-up care, while documenting accurately and maintaining regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
