Job summary

The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its care team. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will plan and deliver nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs to ensure continuity of care.

Florida LPN licensure is required. Prior long-term care experience and PCC familiarity are preferred. The position pays $28.00 per hour and offers an equal opportunity employer environment.

Qualifications

• Current/valid Florida LPN license/registration.
• Previous experience in long term care and PCC preferred.
• Must be in good physical and mental health.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Effectively communicate with others.

• Ensures continuity of care of residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNAs and support staff members.


• Participates in resident and family teaching.


• Serves as resident advocate with focus on the facilitys mission.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications/Requirements:

Salary: $28.00 per hour.
