Job summary

Carthage Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Carthage, NY. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and Daily Pay access through a trusted provider, with both full-time and part-time shifts available.

Two-tiered insurance (Medical and Dental), tuition reimbursement, and flexible scheduling for FT, PT, or per-diem are provided. Candidates must have a valid LPN license and be in good standing with the state registry.

• Valid LPN State license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Record health details of Residents including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Help Residents get dressed and maintain personal hygiene.
• Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

• Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
