Carthage Center in Carthage, NY is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA). Current CNA state certification is required. Base pay ranges from $18.50 to $20.50 per hour with an evening/night differential of $0.65.

A $2,000 sign-on bonus and a $1,000 retention bonus are offered, plus Daily Pay access through a trusted provider. The role involves observing residents, assisting with personal care, documenting intake, feeding, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while upholding

Responsibilities

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data
