Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice in Farmington, NM is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team. The LPN will monitor, assess, and report patient conditions, and deliver services to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards.

Responsibilities include supervising CNAs daily. Part-time weekend night shifts and full-time opportunities are available, with a relocation bonus offered to support

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• CPR certification obtained upon hire or during orientation and kept current.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience.
