Kimwell Nursing and Rehabilitation in Fall River, MA is seeking a dedicated nurse to join our team. The role covers direct patient care, coordinating nursing processes, updating care plans, and administering medications in accordance with orders and regulations.

Responsibilities include assessing residents' conditions, documenting in the electronic medical record, participating in care meetings, and communicating with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic medical attention to patients and assessing their needs.
• Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to care.
• Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
• Assessing, observing, and evaluating resident's clinical condition, document findings in resident electronic medical record and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.
• Updating or modifying care plans as needed to reflect any changes to a resident's care and service needs.
• Administering medications timely, accurately and according to orders.
• Participating in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Responding to residents, family, or responsible party in a timely and professional manner.
