Job summary

Greenfield Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Erie, PA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate team. Full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules available; shifts 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM.

Walk-in interviews welcome. As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, maintain documentation, and promote a safe, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans.
