About the Role:

As an Evening Shift LPN, you will work alongside our dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our residents and patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' and patients' conditions

• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and patients

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents and patients, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and wound care

• Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient care
