Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, vital signs, and wound care.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
• Assist with mealtime, transportation, and other activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and patients.
