Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents. You will ensure efficient care, supervise nursing staff during shifts, and collaborate with physicians and other professionals to achieve excellent clinical outcomes and family satisfaction.

The role requires an active LPN license in the state and prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience is preferred. A professional image and strong communication are essential for success.

Formación

• Active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as LPN in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. As an LPN, you will be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
