Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care for residents in a Senior Living environment. The role includes directing nursing care during shifts, mentoring staff, and coordinating with physicians to meet clinically sound outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold an active LPN license in good standing, bring LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience if possible, and demonstrate professional communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, in-good-standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as an LPN in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings is preferred.
• Professional image in appearance and demeanor; excellent written and oral communication skills.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. As an LPN, you will be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
