This is a full-time, on-site role that supports mental health services for youth in residential care, including administering medications, health assessments, and coordinating with the care team.

The position offers day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts with pay ranging from $28.00 to $30.50 per hour.

Crestview Youth Academy in Crestview, Florida, is a secure Youth Academy serving males ages 13 to 17, delivering trauma-informed care across mental health and substance abuse needs. The program combines clinical therapy, education, restorative justice, therapeutic recreation, and life skills training. Youth typically remain in care based on individualized goals, participating in individual, family, and group therapy; victim impact awareness; vocational and pre-vocational preparation; and enrichment activities such as art, music, and recreation. • Physical Demands: Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds and provide necessary physical services to clients. Must be free of communicable diseases as defined by the state and to the extent that knowledge is attainable under the law. Must be able to transport clients.
• Other: Must maintain an appropriate and valid state driver’s license. Must meet state criminal background check requirements.
