Location: Coventry, Rhode Island
Pay Rate: $29 - $30 per hour

Job Overview

Provide DocGo services by monitoring, assessing, and delivering directed treatment for adult and pediatric patients at home, using clinical protocols and remote telemedicine support.

Responsibilities

• Act as a conduit for medical treatment of health plan partnership patients.
• Engage patients in conversations related to health, well‑being, medication management, and goals of care.
• Provide supervised, directed treatment of common medical diagnoses.
• Maintain patient medical records and documentation via HealthPoint and Athena EMR, consistent with state regulations and DocGo standards.
• Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics.
• Provide care with cultural sensitivity and compassion, leading a patient‑centered approach.
• Participate in continuing education per state requirements and DocGo training.
• Perform other related duties as deemed necessary.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Rhode Island State LPN license.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years and acceptable driving record.
• Active and current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Phlebotomy experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an LPN.
• Ability to lift 50‑60 lbs.
• Experience in emergency/urgent care, internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or related areas preferred.
• Clinical work experience with pediatrics preferred.
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
