American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Hickory Creek at Connersville in Indiana. Full Time and Part-Time Nights welcome, with a competitive hourly rate of $31–$33.50.

As an LPN, you will assess, document changes, and support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being while collaborating with the care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality geriatric care in a cozy, person-centered environment.
