Current State Specific Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
Minimum of one year paid LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) work experience within the past year of direct patient care in a similar setting
